RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item ordered via matijaro.com?

You must clearly inform us of your intention to return or exchange a product by completing the online return form at www.matijaro.com. Once you have arranged your return, place the item(s) in the original shipping box, attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, (boxes, accessories, protective materials, booklet, warranty) within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. To complete your return, we require an original receipt or a copy of the receipt in the case of a partial return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All engraved or custom pieces are final sale.

All return shipments must be insured for the full amount and shipped back via FedEx.

You will be refunded the full amount (minus shipping costs both ways) once the piece has been delivered back to our office.

If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.

MatiJaro is not responsible for items returned to tehutigdld.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.

You should receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after the return of your returned item(s) to our office.

SHIPPING

The MatiJaro offers items for sale worldwide. A sale is confirmed only once payment has been received by MatiJaro.

 Our orders are shipped by FedEx.

All costs related to delivery and importing the items (foreign taxes and customs duties) are borne by the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service to determine the quote for these additional costs prior to ordering.

All our orders are shipped from Germany.

Delivery times communicated by MatiJaro shall be indicative only although they shall not exceed the maximum period of 30 days stated above. If delivery of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effect of the delay.  If you need your piece by a certain date, we will rush your order if possible and try our best to meet the specified deadline. Please add the requested date in your notes or contact us to discuss your requirements.

All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt. MatiJaro will not process any order with addresses that are P.O. Boxes, pick-up points or certain restricted areas, such as military establishments.

HOW to KNOW your ring SIZE

1. USE A RING TO FIND YOUR SIZE

You can measure one of your rings with our printable ring size chart:

1. Print this page, ensuring that page scaling is set to none in the print dialog box.
2. Use a ring that fits on the same finger you plan to wear your new MatiJaro ring.
3. Place your ring over the circles below. You can identify the right size when the circle lines up with the inside of the ring. The inside of the ring should exactly match with the circle.
4. Note that MatiJaro uses European sizes. Please consult the ring size chart in the document for the equivalent in your country.
