 How do I return or exchange an item via MatiJaro.com?

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

How to cancel:

Please send your cancellation clearly via email to: info@matijaro.com or clearly inform us of your intention to return or exchange a product by completing the online contact form at MatiJaro Click here. Once you have arranged your return, place the item(s) in the original shipping box, attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, (boxes, accessories, protective materials, booklet, warranty) and unused within 14 days from the delivery date. To complete your return, we require an original receipt or a copy of the receipt in the case of a partial return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All engraved or custom pieces are final sale.

All return shipments must be insured for the full amount and shipped back via FedEx.

You will be refunded the full amount (minus shipping costs both ways) once the piece has been delivered back to our office.

If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.

MatiJaro is not responsible for items returned to matijaro.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.

You should receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after the return of your returned item(s) to our office.
