The MatiJaro offers items for sale worldwide. A sale is confirmed only once payment has been received by MatiJaro.

 Our orders are shipped by FedEx.

The product price includes all delivery costs, VAT and customs duties. No extra charges will apply at the time of delivery.

All our orders are shipped from EU.

Delivery times communicated by MatiJaro shall be indicative only although they shall not exceed the maximum period of 30 days stated above. If delivery of products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effect of the delay.  If you need your piece by a certain date, we will rush your order if possible and try our best to meet the specified deadline. Please add the requested date in your notes or contact us to discuss your requirements.

All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt. MatiJaro will not process any order with addresses that are P.O. Boxes, pick-up points or certain restricted areas, such as military establishments.
